Please read the following guidelines to help you and me remain safe as we enter this new phase together.
- Please wear a mask to your appointment. You can safely remove your mask after entering my treatment room. For the time being, I am asking you to bring your own water bottle.
- Please text or call 505-918-9192 when you arrive for your appointment. I will let you know when you can come up to the treatment room.
- I will be wearing a mask during your entire appointment time in the treatment room. As usual, I will wear gloves for some treatments, the only exception will be facials, especially the massage portion.
- A “sanitation station” set up as you enter the treatment room. On the table will be hand sanitizer and hospital-grade disinfectant wipes. The table will also be disinfected after each client visit, so that you may safely lay your mask on the table. Disposable shoe covers are available to place over your shoes, should you decide to wear your shoes during a treatment.
- As part of my standard protocol, I thoroughly sanitize and disinfect the treatment room and implements for the next client.
- Your health and safety continue to be of the upmost importance to me, for this reason, I have never accepted walk-in appointments and I will continue to accept clients by appointment only. If you are needing to purchase product only, please make an appointment.
- You and I will be the only ones in the treatment room during your service. For the next few months, possibly till the end of the year, please do not bring a friend or family member with you. The only exception will be children age 16 and under who should be accompanied by a parent.
- There will never be more than 4 people inside of my office space, which I share with a Certified Nurse Practitioner. She too will only see 1 client/patient at a time. The space is large enough for us to comply with the social distancing measures in place.
- As always, there will be no penalties for cancellations. I NEVER charged clients for calling in sick. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, I understand and request for you to contact me as soon as possible to reschedule/cancel, please do not just not show up. As always, there will be no penalties for cancellations.
